Job Description:

Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided contact list.
  • Introduce our products or services to potential customers and explain their benefits.
  • Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships by providing excellent service.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and sales.
  • Document all call information and ensure accurate data entry into the CRM system.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role in a sales or customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Tamil (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
  • Ability to engage customers effectively over the phone and build rapport.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
