    Aboutthe Role:
    Asan Account Payable Manager you will be responsible for thesuccessful and seamless execution of the endtoend A/P process(vendor setup invoicing payments queries expense reimbursements)and expense reimbursementprocess.
    RoleandResponsibilities
    • Managementand oversight of Accounts Payable specialists to ensure efficientoperation and adherence to Companypolicies
    • Perform andapprove various duties for the Accounts Payable function includingprocessing vendor invoices working closely with crossfunctionalteams securing appropriate approvals payment processing monitoringof Accounts Payable queriesetc.
    • Ensure invoicesmeet local tax requirements or proper tax invoice submission workwith vendors directly as needed to ensure compliance withpolicies
    • Collaboratewith key business partners including Procurement Accounting and ITto enhance processes execute on automation projects and ensure theeffectiveness of informationflow
    • Responsible formaintaining adequate documents and records from tax and otherstatutoryrequirements
    • Trainmentor and develop teammembers

    Whois the best fit
    • 8years of experience in increased responsibility in the full cycleprocure to pay process preferably with multinational publiccompanies
    • Strong understanding of AccountsPayable functions including vendor setup invoicing paymentsstatutory deductions and compliance of TDS GSTetc.
    • Understand documentation requirements offoreign payments and account / pay the same in line with theapplicable laws
    • Planning and executing monthlyclosure activities
    • Streamline theaccrual/provision process
    • Strong skills inprocess controls MS Office suite of applications (e.g. Word ExcelPowerpoint) and ERP systems (e.gTally).
    • Experience with AP automationtools
    • Customerservice driven individual whopossess the ability to multitask manage deadlines and work intimesensitive situations
    • Problemsolver who canidentify and resolve issues including the ability to execute onautomation and process improvementprojects
    • Experience with supervising ateam
    • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance orequivalent;
