    About thejob

    You will work closely withcrossfunctional teams to gather and analyze data develop reportsand dashboards and recommend actionable solutions to enhanceoperational efficiency and drive business growth. This rolerequires strong analytical skills industry knowledge and theability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at alllevels.

    Responsibilities:

    Collect organize and analyze data related to energy operationsincluding production consumption pricing and market trends toidentify patterns correlations and opportunities forimprovement.

    Evaluate existing businessprocesses and workflows to identify inefficiencies bottlenecks andareas for optimization leveraging process mapping and workflowanalysis techniques.

    Collaborate withstakeholders to gather business requirements define project scopeand prioritize initiatives to meet business objectives andstrategic goals.

    Develop and maintain reportsdashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to trackoperational metrics monitor performance and provide insights tostakeholders.

    Financial Analysis: Conductfinancial analysis including costbenefit analysis ROI analysis andvariance analysis to assess the financial impact of proposedinitiatives and support decisionmaking.

    Stayinformed about industry trends regulatory developments and marketdynamics in the energy sector conducting research and analysis toinform strategic planning and business developmentefforts.

    Identify and assess risks associatedwith energy operations including market risks regulatory risks andoperational risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimizeexposure.

    Collaborate with IT and otherstakeholders to design and implement technology solutions businessprocess improvements and automation initiatives to drive efficiencyandeffectiveness.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Engineeringor related field. Advanced degree preferred.

    Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis preferably inthe energy sector or related industries.

    Stronganalytical skills with the ability to collect analyze and interpretcomplex data sets to drive business decisions.

    Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as MicrosoftExcel SQL Tableau or Power BI.

    Knowledge ofenergy markets regulatory frameworks and industry trends with asolid understanding of energy production distribution andconsumption processes.

    Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills with the ability to effectivelycollaborate with crossfunctional teams and communicate complexconcepts to nontechnical stakeholders.

    Projectmanagement skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesmeet deadlines and drive projects to successfulcompletion.

    Problemsolving mindset with theability to think critically identify root causes and developinnovative solutions to businesschallenges.
