1. Appointing andManaging Distributors
- Improve relationships with existing distributors, retailers and wholesalers by
services of the company and consider their issues and resolve them on time.
- Give rates to distributors and take bookings from them. Also, monitor the
- Identify gaps in the current & required number of distributors, Screen and
- Ensure Target
- Cascade the target given by the District Sales Manager to the team and
- Decide the weekly targets and ensure it's achievement.
- Take stock of their daily sales and ask reason for gaps if any.
- Inventory ManagementPhysically monitor the closing stock of the distributor on a weekly basis and
- Handling Trade SchemesConvey the new schemes started by the company to the team and distributors
- Keeping track on
- To track competitors product at the distributor's point and keep an eye on the
- Data Management and
- Keep a record of the given and the achieved targets
- Keep a track on Weekly Target Achievement
- Analyze the monthly sales and present it to the Area Sales Manager.
