    Description

    Theideal candidate will have production experience and strong skillsin workplan development and progresstracking.
    Theproject coordinator will also prepare and present updates regularlyto relevant management channels ensuring that our goal ofinnovation is being achieved.Objectives of thisrole
    • Liaisewith managers and clients to define project requirements scopes andobjectives that align with organizationalgoals.
    • Coordinate internal and externalresources ensuring that projects remain within scope schedule andbudget.
    • Analyze project progress and whennecessary adapt scope or timeline to achieve optimalresults.
    • Assign roles and tasks to teammembers based on their individual strengths andabilities.
    • Help build the skill sets of teammembers and share learnings with otheremployees.
    • Achieve organizational goals whileadhering to standards and bestpractices.
    Responsibilities
    • Ensure that all aspects of aproject are organized and in conformance with timeline anddeliverables requirement.
    • Develop and maintainproject performance database that tracks overall progress andachievement of milestones.
    • Assign and monitorresources effectively to boost project efficiency and maximizedeliverables output.
    • Report project risks andoutcomes to appropriate management channels and escalate issuesaccording to project work plan.
    • Serve as pointof communication between company teams and externalresources.
    • Deepen partnerships with outsideresources including thirdparty vendors andresearchers.

    Requiredskills and qualifications
    • Three or more years of experiencein project coordination.
    • Experience incoordinating teams and clients.
    • Proven successin a corporate setting working with all levels ofmanagement.
    • Strong written verbal andpresentationskills.

    Preferredskills and qualifications
    • Bachelor s degree (or equivalent)in relevant field
    • Professional certificationsuch as PMP (Project ManagementProfessional)
