Description
Roles and Responsibilities for Sales Executive:
- Provide guidance and support to both sellers and buyers in marketing and securing property at the right price under favorable conditions
- Identify clients' requirements and financial capabilities to offer suitable solutions
- Facilitate negotiation processes, advise clients on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, legal aspects, and other relevant matters, ensuring transparency and integrity
- Conduct comparative market analysis to evaluate property values
- Showcase and promote real estate to potential buyers
- Handle necessary documentation (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.)
- Oversee property auctions or exchanges
- Maintain and update property listings
- Collaborate with appraisers, escrow firms, lenders, and home inspectors
- Build relationships and work with lawyers, mortgage providers, and contractors
- Drive sales through advertising, open houses, and listing services
- Stay updated on real estate trends and industry best practices
- Graduate in any discipline
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Preferably from a Real Estate background
CTC: 2,40,000 to 3,00,000 per annum
Experience: 2 to 5 years
Salary: ₹13, ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or open to relocation before joining (mandatory)
Experience:
- Total work experience of 2 years (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years in real estate sales (preferred)
