Description

Roles and Responsibilities for Sales Executive:

  • Provide guidance and support to both sellers and buyers in marketing and securing property at the right price under favorable conditions
  • Identify clients' requirements and financial capabilities to offer suitable solutions
  • Facilitate negotiation processes, advise clients on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, legal aspects, and other relevant matters, ensuring transparency and integrity
  • Conduct comparative market analysis to evaluate property values
  • Showcase and promote real estate to potential buyers
  • Handle necessary documentation (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.)
  • Oversee property auctions or exchanges
  • Maintain and update property listings
  • Collaborate with appraisers, escrow firms, lenders, and home inspectors
  • Build relationships and work with lawyers, mortgage providers, and contractors
  • Drive sales through advertising, open houses, and listing services
  • Stay updated on real estate trends and industry best practices
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Preferably from a Real Estate background

CTC: 2,40,000 to 3,00,000 per annum

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Salary: ₹13, ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or open to relocation before joining (mandatory)

Experience:

  • Total work experience of 2 years (preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years in real estate sales (preferred)
