Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers who have shown interest in kitchen products or related services.
- Introduce Spinoff's range of kitchen products and solutions, highlighting key features and benefits to potential customers.
- Qualify leads by understanding their requirements, budget, and timeline for kitchen projects.
- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels, such as website inquiries, social media, and events.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with qualified leads and demonstrate kitchen products in person.
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and update relevant information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and provide support throughout the sales process.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the kitchen or home improvement industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers and build rapport over the phone.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to convert leads into appointments and sales opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.

Salary:
₹15, ₹40,000.00 per month
