    Manager- Student Placement Operations

    We are looking for Manager - Student Placement Operations for the Gurugram campus.

    Objective of the Role

    The position holder shall be responsible for end to end managing student database at the Institute.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Interact with the student Placecom team and shall be responsible for planning and executing the scheduled activities
    • Co-ordination for on-campus / off-campus placement process with internal stakeholders & Account Managers
    • Responsible for student relationship management. Be the point of contact for all placement related queries and resolve their issues from time to time.
    • Should adhere to periodic reporting from time to time.
    • Creation of MIS & placement data analysis.
    • Any other work assigned by the management from time to time.

    Qualifications

    • MBA / Graduate in any stream
    • 5 - 7 yrs of experience in Placement Operations at MBA or Engg College / HR Operations in a Corporate
    • Proficient in MS-Office with sound MS Excel working skills etc.
    • Self-driven and proactive and work in an organized way.
    • Should be an effective communicator.
    • Demonstrate strong inter- personal skills
