Job Purpose
The operations lead will manage delivery operations for Digital orders. Fulfilment can be through logistics partner as well as retail agents. The main job purpose is to maintain a healthy Order to Activation ratio

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Engage with Logistics partners on a daily basis to ensure 100% SOP adherence and zero downtime in end to end operations
Preempt issues in operations and implement resolutions in a timely and strategic fashion to achieve optimum delivery and productivity levels
Deep understanding of tech architecture of online journey. This will cut across order booking, logistics management software, activation apps
Plan, measure and report performance of all assigned territories and Logistics partners against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Lead onground implementation of all new initiatives & programs
Liaise with respective Circle retail teams for smooth operations on a day to day basis
Constant Process improvement initiatives towards delivery efficiency
Understand market conditions and competitor data and use the same towards strengthening processes and customer proposition
Keep abreast with new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in Logistics management.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

Understanding of online/digital sales processes, and logistics operations. Understanding of various logistics planning algorithms, ability to do data analysis & build trends.
Good understanding of tech & systems that run the channel

Must have technical / professional qualifications

MBA
Graduate (preferably in science or engineering)

Years of Experience
7-10 years

Preferred industries for work experience
Ecommerce, FMCG, Digital natives with a delivery focus
