    Responsibilities

In this position, you'll efficiently handle client products, focusing on servicing and upselling to existing or potential customers. By educating customers on their current services and identifying additional sales opportunities, you'll elevate their overall experience from average to exceptional.

    Daily Tasks

  • Utilize your passion, product knowledge, and brand expertise to engage with customers, overcome objections, and finalize sales
  • Listen actively, ask relevant questions, and recommend products or services that meet customer needs
  • Act as the primary contact for seller/customer interactions, conduct in-depth analysis, and implement strategic plans
  • Provide insights and action plans based on data analysis

  • Demonstrated sales experience with a customer-centric approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in computer usage
