Description

Responsibilities:


  • Conduct Outbound calls as per the leads received from different sources.
  • Organize counseling programs that inculcate the student(s) in question
  • Refer students to the relative professional training course and support them during and after the admission process
  • Should have the capability to judge the requirements of the students and should be able to convert them into the admission
  • Handle and convert telephone/inperson inquiries and convert them into admissions
  • Conduct Regular Follow-Up to gather and successfully Convert Leads
  • Attend staff meetings so as to be kept in the know on issues that have to do with students' academic performance.
  • Review student(s) progress, and also make further recommendations if needed
  • Create presentations for students and a training program
  • Support other team members as and when needed

Qualification and skills

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree (IT, Counselling preferred)
  • 25 years of working in a similar role or capacity
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent MS-Office skills
  • Ability to be proactive
  • Interpersonal (mediation) skills and problemsolving skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Fresher


Salary:
₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

  • Baner, Pune , Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

  • Counselling: 1 year (preferred)
  • Outbound sales: 1 year (preferred)
