Academic counsellor to work for our **Calicut

Kinfra Technology Park office.**
Job roles
Course Training Coordination & Training Development in charge.
Conversion of leads.
Guide new students through the onboarding process.
Collaborate with admissions for a smooth onboarding experience.
Providing detailed information to students.
Maintaining records of each phone call for future reference.
Providing the new students with training sessions for enhancing their skills.
Understand courses and curriculum deeply.
Conduct followup calls
Prepare reports on conversion, onboarding, and engagement.
Provide insights for process enhancement.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Organizational and time management skills

Experience: 1-3 years

Salary:
₹5, ₹25,000.00 per month
