What's the role?

As the CR Advisor Strategic Comms, you will oversee the day-to-day management and maintenance of a wide range of Shell businesses and themes across various new digital channels.

Further roles and responsibilities:

Manage and maintain new digital channels, ensuring they represent a wide range of Shell businesses and themes
Share best practices, latest trends, training, support, editorial direction, and ensure content creators adhere to them
Develop and execute social media strategy to establish and maintain Shell's leadership positioning, both from brand as well as thought leadership side
Work closely with CR team members to generate alwayson content aligned to CR goals
Ensure positive image building for Shell and manage issues reporting, creating media holding statements
Advocate brand standards and governance across the team and wider business, making sure all social media activity aligns with Shell Brand Guidelines and the Shell Communications Brand and Visual Policy
Ensure integration into Shell global governance and processes

What we need from you

Ability to travel frequently and work in Gurgaon
Degree in Communications or related field highly desirable
5+ years of social media Channel Management/Audience Development and content creation across a variety of digital format channels
Experience of working with and building partnerships with platforms and relationships with other channels/Media partners/influencers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an understanding of communicating across different cultures, languages, and time zones
