    At Anakin, we're revolutionizing Pricing intelligence by enabling large global e-commerce companies to optimize their pricing strategies and stay one step ahead of their competitors.

    Our technology engine can automatically find, analyze, and generate insights around hundreds of millions of online listed products across more than 15+ countries in real-time. By leveraging advanced algorithms and intelligent automation, Anakin empowers its clients to make dynamic and real-time pricing adjustments that align with market demands and competitor strategies.

    Founded in 2020 by Mohit Prateek (IIT, Bombay) and Rashmi Bala (IIT, Kanpur), Anakin is a Y-Combinator'21-backed team of 50+ members.

    The Role:

    As a Growth Marketing Manager at Anakin, you'll be an integral part of our journey to execute our marketing strategies, leveraging your skills and insights to make a tangible impact.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Data-Driven Execution: Utilize your analytical skills to identify growth opportunities, measure ROI, and refine marketing plans accordingly.
    2. Content Wizardry: Develop and execute content that resonates with our target audience, demonstrating your knack for storytelling and engagement.
    3. Multi-Channel Mastery: Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and more.
    4. User Acquisition: Attract and convert new users while retaining and nurturing our existing customer base.
    5. Experimentation and Testing: Continuously A/B test campaigns, landing pages, and other assets to optimize performance and conversion rates.
    6. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Growth Marketer preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
    • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
    • Exceptional content creation skills, including writing, design, and video.
    • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
    • Resourcefulness and a creative approach to problem-solving.
    • A passion for technology, innovation, and a willingness to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.
