KRA's:

Handle customer relations, Check In's / Check Out's, Feedback and Reviews
Develop ways to improve guest experiences, understanding their requirements, and finding ways to make them feel comfortable and welcomed
Issue handling and provide immediate support for a smooth stay for guests
Perform audits for quality control and take corrective actions by engaging with Operations team
Set standards, monitor, and control quality delivery including hygiene standards, ambience, service readiness, team grooming and hospitality culture

Office location:
Daily reporting would be at our office at Gurgaon.

Desired Experience:
Any Grad fresher can also apply. Or Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Hospitality / Hotels / Guest Houses preferably in Front Office / Housekeeping / Operations

Internship Stipend - 10K-12K
