    Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and resultsorientedleader to join our vibrant retail branch as Senior Branch SalesManager.

    In this pivotalrole you will play a critical role in exceeding sales targetsfostering a motivated team and delivering exceptional customerservice.

    JobRoles and Responsibilities:

    • Achieve ambitious sales targets fora range of retail banking products including deposits loans creditcards and wealth management solutions.
    • Leadand coach a team of sales professionals providing guidancemotivation and training to maximize their potential.
    • Build strong relationships with customers understandtheir financial needs and recommend personalized solutions thatexceed expectations.
    • Work closely with otherdepartments within the branch such as operations and customerservice to ensure seamless customer experiences.
    • Ensure adherence to all regulatory guidelines and bankpolicies mitigating potential risks.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 5 years ofexperience in retail banking sales with a team handlingexperience.
    • Strong leadership and teammanagement skills with the ability to motivate and inspireothers.
    • Indepth knowledge of retail bankingproducts regulations and market trends.
    • Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiationskills.
    • Proficient in technology and dataanalysis tools.
    • Passionate about buildingrelationships and delivering exceptional customer
