    Description

    We areseeking a dynamic and resultsoriented leader to join our team asBranch Manager in our Retail BankingDepartment.

    You will beresponsible for the overall performance of a branch driving growthexceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customerservice.

    Job Roles andResponsibilities:

    • Lead motivate anddevelop a highperforming team to achieve individual and branchgoals.
    • Foster a positive andcollaborative work environment that promotes teamwork andaccountability.
    • Oversee daily branchoperations ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to bankpolicies andregulations.
    • Develop and executestrategic plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for variousfinancial products andservices.
    • Crosssell and upsellproducts and services to existing customers exceeding customerexpectations.
    • Build strongrelationships with customers understanding their financial needsand providing personalizedsolutions.
    • Ensure prompt andefficient resolution of customer queries andconcerns.
    • Manage branch budgetseffectively ensuring optimal utilization ofresources.
    • Monitor and controlbranch expenses identifying areas for costreduction.
    • Regularly review andupdate security measures to safeguard customer information andprevent fraud.

    Qualifications&Experience:

    • Bachelorsdegree in Finance Business Administration or relatedfield.
    • Minimum of 5 years ofexperience in Retail Banking preferably in a managerialrole.
    • Proven record ofaccomplishment of exceeding sales targets and achieving businessgoals.
    • Strong leadership andcommunication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire ateam.
    • Excellent analyticaland problemsolvingskills.
    • Deep understanding ofIndian banking regulations and compliancerequirements.
    • Proficiency in MSOffice suite and branch bankingsoftware.
