Inside Sales Executive - Coimbatore, India - Park Global HR Services
Description
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.- Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program.
- Answer questions about products or the company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates' schedules.
- Maintain Records, Reports, and other equipment.
- Train other telemarketers when required.
- Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Developing indepth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
- Continually meeting or exceedingly daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
- Communicate any problems, concerns, or questions to the Reporting Manager.
- Refer customer complaints to supervisor for quality control.
- Always communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers.
