Collabera, a leader in the staffing industry, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Talent Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about recruitment and is looking to work with a reputable staffing firm. As an Associate Talent Specialist, you will be responsible for verifying and validating documents, identifying potential candidates, and executing a search plan to meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Review job descriptions and understand client requirements to execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates.
• Source candidates using multiple channels, including job portals, internal databases, and social media.
• Assess applicants' relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies.
• Schedule, coordinate, and own the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
• Build strong candidate relationships and credibility to leverage their trust for referrals.
• Negotiate wage rates and other terms of employment and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements.
• Submit candidates' resumes to hiring managers for further scrutiny or consideration.
• Communicate timely with candidates and keep them posted with updates on their candidature.
• Partner with our onsite sales team to understand client needs and requirements.
