    Responsibilities:

    · Provides IT expertise to support the realization and design of the manufacturing processes for SAP deployment, Transition, Enhancements and support.

    · Strong business process knowledge of Honeywell manufacturing and quality processes.

    · Key focus is on leveraging SAP's manufacturing & quality modules to support business needs.

    · The following activities are part of the scope:
    - Work on Business process mapping with COE team for configuring the SAP system to meet the business requirements for PP and the QM modules.
    - Discuss and agree integration points with other ISC functional teams.
    - Roll out standard Honeywell GDM manufacturing and quality processes across sites.
    - Educate OR Train the business users with all the manufacturing and quality processes in SAP.
    - Understand the business requirements and propose the to be solution adhering to Honeywell Manufacturing GDM. Support the COE team on testing of proposed enhancements.

    • The role partners closely with the SBU and Business Deployment teams for each project. The role will also require close co-ordination with other functional teams to aid the overall project to achieve the tasks necessary to have the SAP system available meeting business requirements.

    · Work closely with business and COE team to support the master data loads/validation/training like Material master, Bill of material, Routing, Inspection plan, Inventory etc.

    · Works together with the functional team to drive the adoption of standard business practices. In close co-operation with the business functional teams, help drive the process standardization governance process.

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
    Basic Qualifications

    • Subject matter expert in manufacturing and quality processes
    The successful candidate will demonstrate skill in one or more of the modules below. The candidate would ideally have gained this skill using SAP. The candidate should show skill in being able to configure and or use the modules described below.

    · Manufacturing Master data.

    · Production planning including DM and LTP, MRP, PP in Repetitive, Discrete Manufacturing and Process Manufacturing Capacity Planning, variant configuration and Kanban.

    · Quality Management including Quality planning, Quality inspection, Quality certificates and Quality notifications.

    · Experience and exposure to security authorization objects & definition of roles within SAP for specific function.

    · Experience and exposure to SAP Plant maintenance module (Secondary requirement )


    • Degree or equivalent standard with SAP certification (added advantage).
