Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about field sales, comfortable with extensive travel, and adept at building and maintaining relationships with channel partners and customers. The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for appointing new channel partners, visiting customers to understand their applications and technical usage, and driving sales growth in their assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the Water/Waste water/ Filtration Industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as needed.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
