    Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about field sales, comfortable with extensive travel, and adept at building and maintaining relationships with channel partners and customers. The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for appointing new channel partners, visiting customers to understand their applications and technical usage, and driving sales growth in their assigned territory.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Travel extensively days per month) across India to meet with channel partners and customers.

    · Identify and appoint new channel partners in strategic locations to expand our market presence.

    · Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners and provide them with the necessary

    support and resources to drive sales.

    · Conduct regular visits to customers to understand their application needs, provide technical support, and

    Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

    · Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.

    · Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on market insights and customer

    feedback.

    · Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

    Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the Water/Waste water/ Filtration Industry

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.

    Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

    Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as needed.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

    Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
