    Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team specializing in US IT staffing hiring for internal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, particularly in the information technology sector, and a proven track record of sourcing and hiring top-tier talent.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
    2. Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
    3. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
    4. Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    5. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for all parties involved.
    6. Manage the offer process, including negotiating compensation packages and facilitating the hiring decision.
    7. Stay informed of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies and best practices.

    Qualifications:

    1. Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, with a focus on hiring for Internal Team for e.g. positions like Sales, Finance executive, IT recruiters etc.
    2. Strong understanding of the information technology industry and common technical skills and certifications.
    3. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
    4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and convey the company's employer brand.
    5. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
    6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
    7. Proficiency with different Job portals.

    Location: Noida (Sector – 126)

    Shift Timings: Night Shift (07:30 PM – 04:30 AM)

    Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday
