    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Account and Finance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's success while further developing your skills in finance and accounting.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense management.
    • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
    • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
    • Utilise Tally software efficiently to process financial data and generate reports.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to support financial planning and decision-making processes.
    • Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation and support as required.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting standards to ensure adherence to best practices.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
    • Proficiency in Tally software is a must.
    • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
    • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
