    Job Description - Associate Manager for UK & Australia


    Key Responsibility Areas:
    Should have at least 5 years of experience working with Overseas Educational organizations
    Should have Knowledge in

    UK & Australia

    study abroad programs
    Should have experience in handling sub-agents and acquired new sub-agents
    Excellent communication & team handling skills
    Should have passion for sales and be target driven
    Looking for someone who can join in less than 15 days


    Key Responsibility:
    Relationship building with existing associates and providing them with quality service
    Increase the revenue through sub-agents by getting a greater number of student applications
    Market research to Identify new sub-agents in Pan India and shortlist agents who can be tapped
    Cold Call the agents and introduce them to GT and the association with GT will help them do better business
    Pitching to them about GT and getting tie-ups from them and thereby get more applications
    Ensuring the contracts and MOUs with the sub-agents are intact and renewed periodically
    Helping the students from Sub agents by shortlisting the universities and guiding them to apply for the right university with the help of a team who handles associates' students
    Training the team members on new universities and also on new updates and amendments in the process
    Driving the annual sales target that is set by management and see to that it is achieved through sub-agent students
    Mentor, guide, and monitor the team performances and provide support when needed and help them achieve their targets
