    Associate Product Manager

    Job Overview:


    As an Associate Product Manager at Ecolibrium, you will support the product management team in executing product strategies, conducting market research, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of our products.

    This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your product management skills and contribute to impactful projects in a dynamic environment.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Support Product Strategy:
    Assist in developing and implementing product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with Ecolibrium's business goals.

    Market Research and Analysis:
    Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.

    Product Development:
    Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to support product development from concept to launch.

    Stakeholder Engagement:
    Work with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, to gather feedback and understand requirements.

    Performance Metrics:
    Help define and monitor key product performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for product decisions.

    Documentation:
    Assist in creating and maintaining product documentation, including user stories, requirements, and product guides.

    Continuous Improvement:
    Contribute to continuous product improvement through customer feedback and data analysis.


    Qualifications:

    Educational Background:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
    Experience: 1-2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field. Experience in IoT, building management systems, or related industries is a plus.

    Technical Skills:
    Basic understanding of product development processes and market research techniques.

    Analytical Skills:
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Communication Skills:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.

    Customer Focus:
    Strong customer orientation with a passion for creating products that deliver exceptional value and user experience.
