Sales Executive - Building and Landscape Material


Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our landscape design, sales and execution firm.


Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management:
Identify and target potential clients within the construction industry, including architects, contractors, builders, and distributors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our products.


Sales Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify potential leads through research, networking, and industry events.
Cold calling and reaching out to potential clients to introduce our products and services.


Sales Negotiation and Closing:
Prepare and present competitive sales proposals to clients, addressing their specific needs and requirements.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure new business deals.


Sales Targets and Reporting:
Set and achieve sales targets, consistently striving to exceed them.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using CRM software.


Collaboration with Marketing and Support Teams:Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with ongoing marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with support teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.


Market Insights and Feedback:
Gather market insights, customer feedback, and competitor information to provide input for product and strategy improvements.


Continuous Learning and Development:
Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to continuously improve performance.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 24 years of proven sales experience in the building material or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of building materials, construction processes, and industry dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Resultsdriven with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.

Salary:
₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
