What you will do:


  • Build and cultivate relationships with pet parents.
  • Be Supertail's voice in proactively reaching out to customers.
  • Understand pet parents' problems and solve them.
  • Work on revenue enablement by upselling and crossselling.
  • Promote Supertails services to pet parents.
  • Match pet parents and their pets need with Supertails services.
  • Be a true partner to customers and handhold them through pet parenthood.
  • Get involved in offline and online events and communitybuilding activities.
