    Description

    Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Co-ordinate with Sales/Engineering for scope finalization
  • Responsible for BOM/Device list preparation
  • Preparation of work breakdown of activities
  • Supervision of the assembly teams along with vendors for fabrication scope.
  • Responsible person for the assembly quality
  • Responsible for the time schedules / project status.
  • Responsible to monitor the budget and report deviations to Manager.
  • Coordination of the assembly with the internal stake holders like procurement/engineering/sales.
  • Coordination of the Testing (FAT) schedules with the customers.
  • Managing the internal resources (manpower)
  • Contractor management for timely execution of jobs.
  • Estimate assembly hours and planning for scope changes during installation (change orders)
  • Responsible person for the implementation of Lean tools and plant guidelines in the responsible area.
  • Responsible person for the MIS reporting:Responsible for reporting HoursWeekly/Monthly review meetings.HSE reports

    • Co-ordinate with stakeholders and supporting for cost estimation of SKID modules

    Your Profile / Qualifications

    Required languages

    Full working proficiency in English

    Local Language(Kannada) would be an added advantage.

    Other qualification

    Computer literacy with demonstrated experience in using the Internet, Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel), MS Project mandatory.

    Experience with AutoCAD and AutoCAD viewers would be preferred

    Relevant work experience

    Minimum 8-10 years of experience / track record as Fabrication engineer/Project manager desirable

    Desired Skills

    Hygienic design know-how.

    Mechanical engineering know-how.

    Electrical engineering know-how.
