Job Overview:

As a 3D Visualizer cum Interior Designer, you will play a pivotal role in our design team, responsible for bringing our interior design concepts to life through cutting-edge 3D visualizations.

You will collaborate closely with our talented designers, architects, and clients to create visually striking, functional, and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

1. 3D Visualization**:
Develop high-quality 3D renderings and walkthroughs to effectively communicate design concepts, material finishes, lighting, and spatial arrangements.

2. Interior Design**:
Create innovative and functional interior design solutions that align with our clients' vision, brand, and style preferences.

3. Project Collaboration**:
Collaborate with our design team to refine design concepts and ensure their seamless integration into the 3D visualizations.

4. Client Interaction**:
Engage with clients to understand their requirements, present design proposals, and incorporate their feedback into the 3D visualizations.

5. Material and Product Selection**:
Recommend appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and decor elements that complement the design vision.

6. Trends and Innovation**:

Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative design practices to bring fresh and cutting-edge ideas to our projects.

Required Skillset:

1. 3D Visualization Software**:
Proficiency in using industry-standard 3D visualization software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, or similar tools.

2. Interior Design Software**:
Knowledge of design software like AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools for creating accurate interior plans and layouts.

3. Aesthetic Sensibility**:
Strong artistic skills and a keen eye for aesthetics, color, lighting, and composition.

4. Creativity**:
Ability to think creatively and translate design concepts into visually compelling 3D representations.

5. Project Management**:
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

6. Communication**:
Effective verbal and visual communication skills to present design ideas to clients and team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Proven experience (2 years) as a 3D Visualizer or Interior Designer, showcasing a portfolio of impressive 3D visualizations and interior design projects.
A strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles, space planning, and material selection.

Preferred Skills (not mandatory but advantageous):

Knowledge of sustainable design practices and LEED certification.
Familiarity with 3D modeling and animation software for creating interactive design presentations.
