    The R&D PPM DDAP team (R&D Pipeline Project Management – Digital, Data, Analytics, and Performance) is set up to provide a state-of-the-art project and resource management infrastructure, ensuring that we have accurate project management data to enable data-driven decisions in the execution of GSK's R&D strategy.

    The PPM DDAP Systems team is responsible for the administration of Project Management software systems, management of business and system processes related to project management, and administration of software platforms used internally within PPM DDAP. Responsibilities include licensing and access management, support and training, and working with our R&D Tech colleagues to plan, execute, and test system installations and upgrades, etc. This team is also responsible for the quality of the data within the systems.

    The PM Systems Application Administrator role is to oversee our software systems, from a business perspective. Responsibilities include:

    • Partner with our Tech organization to implement new product releases, new enhancements, bug fixes, etc.
    • Facilitate and prioritize change requests from user community, and work with Tech to implement, test, document, and deploy changes
    • Provide support and training to the project management community
    • Define and implement quality checks and monitor KPIs to ensure project plan quality is sufficient for project and portfolio level decisions
    • Develop user-friendly processes, guidelines, and documentation to the user community
    • Manage licenses and access for the user community
    • Provide support to the broader GSK functional lines on the correct interpretation and use of our project management and resource management data

    Basic Qualifications:

    Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years of experience in a systems administration role or a project management role

    Demonstrated project management and stakeholder engagement experience

    Experience managing vendor relations

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Ability to lead the development of solutions to meet business requirements

    Ability to solve problems with thoughtful use of knowledge, information and networks in a flexible way and to be successful in a matrix environment encouraging an enterprise thinking mind set

    Understanding of databases, computer software systems, and the data flow between systems

    Customer oriented and knowledge on R&D business would be preferred

    Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, to develop credibility with colleagues within and outside GSK

    Highest standard of data integrity, compliance and quality mindset

    Strong analytical skills and communication skills are essential
