What do we expect from you?

• An individual with clear responsibility for the success of a value stream. The value stream may be defined on the product or business level (including product development) or on the operations level (product enhancement, defects management to delivery).
• Be the architect of the value stream, identifying value as defined from the customer's perspective and leading the effort to achieve an ever

- shortening value-creating flow. Thus, value-stream owner distinguishes between responsibility, which resides with the value-stream owner, and authority, which may reside inside functions and departments holding the resources.


What would be your expected outcome?

• Build the organization on aligning activities and resources around value creation, though none of the resources (money, assets, people) may actually "belong to" the value stream manager.
• Leads through influence, not position, and thus can be equally effective in a traditional functional organization or in a matrix organization, avoiding the common failure of matrix organizations, which is the loss of clear responsibility, accountability, and effective decisionmaking.
• Should be able to deliver with mínimal staff and resources under his direct control, while the resources will be with functions.
• Deliver as promised on quality, schedule and commitment
• A high customer satisfaction score

Responsibilities:

Is responsible for organizing, planning, executing, and monitoring Value Stream from start to finish.


The job duties may include:

• Value Stream planning and scheduling creating project plans and schedules, defining project milestones, and identifying resources needed to complete projects on time.
• Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop Value Stream/Project, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
• Ensure to enhance quality as well as reduce waste. Execute root cause analysis to fix issues
• Utilize external and internal Voice of Customer to evaluate or enhance processes.
• Execute root cause issue solving procedure to all functions.
• Risk management: Identify and assess risks associated with a Value Stream/Project, develop risk mitigation strategies, and monitor risks throughout its lifecycle.
• Budget management: Together with Program Manager owns creating Value Stream/Project budgets, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring that Value Stream/Project are completed within budget constraints.
• Documentation and reporting: Develop and maintain Product documentation, such as Value

Stream/Project status reports, meeting minutes, and Value Stream/Project plans, and communicate

Value Stream/Project progress to executive stakeholders.

• Communication: Facilitate communication between Value Stream/Project/ART team members,

Product managers, and stakeholders to ensure that everyone is aware of Value Stream/Project status, goals, and expectations.

• Resource management: Responsible for identifying, allocating, and managing Value Stream/Project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Continuous improvement: Help Product managers identify areas for improvement in development processes and develop and implement strategies to improve Value Stream/Project management practices.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities, and a strong attention to detail.

You should also be familiar with project management tools and techniques and have experience working in a project management environment


Mandatory requirements:


Value Stream Owner Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• SAFe Exposure is a must
• A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous.
• A minimum of 12 years' experience in the industry.
• A minimum of 8 year's experience in a supervisory position may be advantageous.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to details and technicalities.
• Excellent organizational and technical skills.
• Good interpersonal and multitasking skills.

Education, Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Expert knowledge of project management software like Primavera, Polarion, etc
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
