Opening for Customer Support Executive Position

  • Handle inbound calls from the customers.
  • Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
  • Maintain good customer relations.
  • Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets.
  • Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data.
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Six days Working & 1 rotational weekoff, 9 hours shift.

Graduate with minimum 6 month of work experience in customer service only, preferably inbound services. (Customer service / Hospitality (front Desk) / International calling experience / Telecom / D2H / Calling / Tele caller/ Tele sales/ Collections)

₹10, ₹22,000.00 per month
