    Project Manager – Marketing Technology GCM Micron

    Micron's corporate marketing team is looking for a Project Master with multi-year experience to come and join our team in India. You will be part of a dynamic and distributed team that supports a variety of websites, company portals, asset management tools, and other applications. As a high-performing and collaborative Agile team member, you will help deliver value that grows the customer experience for

    You will work closely with product owners and development teams to manage the project and deliver high-quality project executions to the marketing technology team.

    Responsibilities Include :

  • Drive program and project execution, from planning to completion by:Defining a program or project's scope, including resource allocation and strategy for managing risk and quality throughout the program or project lifecycleWorking with stakeholders to develop detailed program and project plans with key milestonesOngoing monitoring and analyzing of scope, status, resourcing, quality and riskNavigating ambiguity and mitigate obstacles to ensure quality work is delivered on scheduleCreating and managing multiple projects simultaneously in GCM's project management tool, Workfront (, assigning tasks, due dates, etc.)Identifying need and cadence for meetings and related stakeholder communicationManaging deadlines and communicating appropriate information to complete assigned tasksStandardizing and producing program and/or project reports for stakeholdersIdentifying requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors
  • Employ critical thinking and project management skills to govern a program or project from every angle; foresee risks and proactively seek resolution early in the project life cycle
  • Build relationships with stakeholders
  • Serve as a reliable, driven project manager
  • Contribute to the governance and optimization of project management tool:Implement and/or help drive process changes and reflect them in project management tool.Creating/revising project, task, proof/document approval, hour reportsCreating/revising custom forms to capture project data and requirementsCreating/revising request forms and intake processes
  • Understand Micron and GCM processes and timing related to third-party resources, such as vendors and agencies
  • Contribute to process documentation and make recommendations to improve consistency and efficiencies across future programs and projects
  • Contribute to program and project assessment protocols for evaluation of performance and quality

    • Desired Skills :

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
  • Ability to take in information, synthesize/interpret requests, and take action
  • Strong project management skills and attention to deadlines
  • Detailed oriented
  • Demonstrated cross-functional communication, diplomacy, and relationship building skills
  • Proven success working with all levels of management and stakeholders
  • Proactive in seeking information needed to close gaps
  • Agility and speed in decision making with comfort in taking an iterative approach
  • Show flexibility and adaptability through evolving departmental processes
  • Advocate for diversity and inclusion

    • Education/Experience :

  • 5+ years project or program management experience
  • Project management tool experience required, , WorkFront, Asana, etc. *WorkFront is preferred
  • Professional certification in program and project management preferred, such as PMP or PRINCE2
  • Degree/Major: Undergraduate or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication and/or IT related field
  • Knowledge of change management principles
  • Exceceptionl skills in leadership, time management, facilitation and organization
