    Creative Project Manager

    We are in search of a Creative Project Manager based in Hyderabad to join our central global Brand team. This role presents a fantastic opportunity to contribute to various brand projects that play a pivotal role in our expanding global business. If you possess project management expertise and a thorough grasp of the creative process, we'd like to connect with you.

    As the Creative Project Manager, reporting to the Creative Operations Manager, you will serve as a crucial link between the team and internal as well as external partners. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the successful and timely completion of creative projects, guiding them from the initial brief to concept development, iterations, approval, and final delivery. Being a seasoned planner, you will scrutinize project briefs, translate them into well-defined project plans, organize meetings, and identify and secure appropriate resources.

    About you – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

    • Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
    • Minimum of 7 years experience in project management, stakeholder management, vendor management etc.
    • Proficiency in working with creatives and a deep understanding of the creative process
    • Background in managing UX projects, especially website design delivery
    • Experience in handling digital campaigns and executing creative delivery
    • Competence in using project management tools and establishing processes for their utilization and integration with other tools
    • Familiarity with Microsoft suite, Wrike (or similar), and Studio management tools
    • Experience working with international teams
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate project details, expectations, and feedback to diverse internal and external stakeholders

    Additional skills

    • Highly desirable experience in video production projects, overseeing all stages from concept to final delivery
    • Desirable experience in managing brand identity/rebranding projects
    • Desirable professional project management qualification/certification

    What will you be doing in this role?

    • Create clear, concise, and detailed project plans, including Gantt charts, to efficiently execute creative projects and monitor progress
    • Lead project kick-offs involving all relevant parties, setting the agenda and maintaining focus on the discussion
    • Plan and allocate resources
    • Coordinate project teams, which may be geographically dispersed
    • Supervise multiple projects with varied deadlines, ensuring timely and budgeted completion
    • Ensure effective communication by providing regular status reports to the team
    • Identify, communicate, and manage project dependencies and risks
    • Excel in time management – adjust and communicate schedules to keep all parties aligned
    • Monitor and evaluate team performance and expenditure

    About the Team

    The Brand team comprises dedicated, passionate, and inclusive individuals from around the globe. They collaborate to develop and uphold the Clarivate brand, committed to crafting and enhancing Clarivate brand experiences for customers and colleagues. The team works closely with internal stakeholders mainly from Marketing, while also engaging with partners from different business units like Communications, Product, HR, and Sales.

    Hours of Work

    45 hours per week as an FTE. Hybrid work mode (Monday to Friday, AM to PM).
