Job Title:
Cloth Sales Assistant

Job Summary:


Responsibilities:


  • Greet customers and assist them in finding clothing items that meet their needs and preferences.
  • Provide personalized product recommendations and styling advice based on customer preferences and current fashion trends.
  • Assist customers with trying on clothing items and provide feedback and assistance as needed.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the pointofsale (POS) system.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including folding and arranging clothing displays, restocking shelves, and tidying fitting rooms.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with receiving and stocking merchandise.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay uptodate with product knowledge, including fabric types, care instructions, and sizing information.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with store promotions, sales events, and marketing initiatives as needed.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a clothing or fashion retail environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work well in a fastpaced and dynamic retail environment.
  • Basic math skills and proficiency in using a POS system.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a neat and organized store appearance.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and clothing styles.
  • Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods and lift and move merchandise as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Additional language proficiency, especially if serving a diverse customer base.
  • Experience with visual merchandising and store layout design.
  • Knowledge of clothing sizing and fit techniques.
  • Passion for fashion and a creative eye for styling.

Working Hours:

Time - 10 am to 10 pm


Salary:

10k To 20k
