Responsibilities:

Telecalling and Outreach:


  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective students to promote Ekal Academy's online courses.
  • Utilize scripts and talking points to effectively communicate the benefits and features of the courses.
  • Follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels to encourage enrollment.

Counseling and Consultation:


  • Provide detailed information about course curriculum, duration, fees, and certification to interested individuals.
  • Listen to potential students' needs and goals, offering personalized recommendations based on their interests and career objectives.
  • Address any questions or concerns raised by prospective students, providing accurate and helpful guidance to facilitate decisionmaking.

Sales and Conversion:


  • Employ persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into course registrations.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets set by the management team.

Customer Relationship Management:


  • Build rapport and establish a positive relationship with prospective students to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct followup calls with enrolled students to gather feedback and address any issues or inquiries they may have.

Market Research and Feedback:


  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands related to online education.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on insights gathered during interactions with potential students.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service roles, preferably in the education sector.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage with diverse audiences and tailor communication to suit individual needs.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • A positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for helping others achieve their educational goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, education, or a related field (preferred).
  • Fluency in multiple languages may be advantageous, depending on the target market.
