    Responsibilities:

    • Research industry trends, competitors, and target audiences for content insights.
    • Create regular, high-quality content for LinkedIn, tailored to engage the audience.
    • Craft compelling headlines, captions, and ad copy for maximum resonance and interaction.
    • Optimise content with industry keywords and SEO practices for organic reach.
    • Stay informed on LinkedIn features, and algorithms, and implement effective content strategies.
    • Monitor social media metrics, analyze performance, and adjust content strategies accordingly.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency across platforms.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • 2+ years of experience writing engaging social media content, preferably with a focus on B2B marketing and LinkedIn.
    • Strong understanding of social media best practices
    • Excellent writing skills with the ability to create clear, concise, and compelling content.
    • Proven ability to stay up-to-date on industry trends and adapt content strategies accordingly.
    • Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools is a plus.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Passion for the B2B space and a deep understanding of the target audience.
