    About you:


    We are looking for a motivated and experienced Procurement Manager to join our team As an IT Procurement Specialist, you will play a key role in managing our technology procurement processes.

    You will work closely with our Engineering and IT department and vendors to ensure cost-effective and timely acquisition of hardware, software, and services.

    The ideal candidate is well-versed in IT procurement best practices, has a keen eye for detail, and possesses excellent negotiation skills.


    What will you do at Management:

    • Identify and evaluate potential vendors for IT products and services.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and costeffective Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with IT vendors to secure advantageous agreements.
    • Optimise costs while maintaining highquality standards.

    Procurement Process:

    • Oversee the endtoend procurement process for IT goods and services.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand IT requirements and align procurement Ensure all IT procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
    • Stay updated on market trends and changes in IT procurement laws and practices.

    Reviews:

    • Analyzing and evaluating supplier performance and cost analysis.
    • Managing daily, monthly and quarterly reports as requested from time to time.

    Some Specific Requirements:

    • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field or CPSCM certified.
    • MCA qualification would be an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT procurement.
    • Strong negotiation skills and financial acumen.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
    • Highly developed attention to detail & Strong multitasking skills
    • Ability to work independently
    • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
