    Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Product Test Reliability Specialist/Lead. Professional with expertise in electronics/electrical engineering and hands-on experience in reliability analysis, schematic design, product performance evaluation techniques and communication devices. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of testing methodologies, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The role requires a strong grasp of testing methodologies, communication protocols, and the ability to troubleshoot and debug products issues effectively. You will be responsible for driving the development and execution of advanced reliability testing methodologies to ensure the highest quality and performance of our products.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • and implement advanced reliability testing strategies to identify and address potential product failures
    • key performance indicators and metrics to measure product reliability
    • and conduct various tests, including stress tests, environmental tests, and performance tests
    • of derating and thermal analysis to verify product can withstand induced stresses under given environmental conditions
    • to ensure quality of product during its expected lifetime
    • cross-functional teams in developing test plans, protocols, and procedures
    • test data and collaborate for implementing design improvements
    • up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in reliability engineering
    • continuous improvement initiatives to optimize product performance and reliability
    • design and PCB implementations for modifications in product/new design.

    Qualifications

    Requisite Skills

    Experience

    4+ years of experience in product reliability engineering or related field
