CCTV Surveillance Controller | Full-Time | Remote

Role Summary

  • To provide an efficient coordinated, proactive and technically advanced security and monitoring service to protect and to ensure the security and protection of the Company's business, premises, branches, and clients' assets. Mainly responsible for operating and maintaining surveillance equipment, watching both live and recorded video surveillance footage, reporting incidents or suspicious behavior and contacting the authorities when necessary._
  • Responsible for
    realtime surveillance, monitoring and reviewing all CCTV footage in compliance to company policy.
    Realtime reporting of any incidents that occur to the responsible personnel (Provide day to day support to internal by implementing systems, policies or any issues around compliance.
  • Ongoing monitoring and review of all operational areas, effective, operationally efficient internal control procedures that comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to direct compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolutions.
  • Observe activity as it takes place, investigating compliance issues and ensuring that any problems are rectified.
  • Comply with adopted code of conduct and operational procedures at all times.
  • Integrity, accuracy and confidentiality of all information gained in cctv control center by quality standards and legislation to ensure implementation of various modifications for smooth running.

Communications and Relationships

  • Interact with internal contacts such as department heads, managers, and other departmental staff; and
  • Interact with external contacts such as clients, vendor and governmental officers_._

Working Pattern

  • Shifting working schedule
  • Expected to initiate working overtime when required to complete tasks.

Other Tasks and Responsibilities
Other tasks advised and/or required by the immediate supervisor.


Skills and Qualifications
- _ Graduate of any 4 year course (preferably IT related course) and/or Training related to CCTV Equipment and Monitoring ;_
  • Has at least 1 year experience in CCTV Monitoring;_
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills;_
  • Able to work independently;_
  • Can multitasks;_
  • Great attention to details;_
  • Has dependable time management skills;_
  • Able to work during holidays;_
  • Has excellent attention to details;_
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fastpaced, HIGH-RISK environment;_
  • Has strong sense of safety and security;_
  • Willing to be assigned to shifting work schedule;_
  • Willing to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods; and_
- _ Flexible in working in changing circumstances._
