- Securereservations for individual guests and corporate clients via phoneemail and online bookingplatforms.
- Process reservationrequests efficiently and accurately ensuring all guest informationand preferences arecaptured.
- Respond to guest inquiriesregarding rates availability hotel amenities and localattractions.
- Upsell room upgradespackages and additional services to maximizerevenue.
- Manage cancellations andmodifications to existing reservations according to hotelpolicies.
- Generate reports onreservations activity and occupancyrates.
- Collaborate with otherdepartments such as Front Office to ensure a seamless guestexperience.
- Follow all companypolicies andprocedures.
- Minimum34 years of experience in hotel reservations or a related customerservice role.
