    Reservations Executive Corporate Office - New Delhi, India - EllBee Hospitality Worldwide Pvt. Ltd

    Description
    EllBee Hotels isseeking a highly organized and customerfocused ReservationsExecutive to join our team in our corporate office. You will beresponsible for providing exceptional service to guests and clientsbooking reservations for our hotels.

    Responsibilities:

    • Securereservations for individual guests and corporate clients via phoneemail and online bookingplatforms.
    • Process reservationrequests efficiently and accurately ensuring all guest informationand preferences arecaptured.
    • Respond to guest inquiriesregarding rates availability hotel amenities and localattractions.
    • Upsell room upgradespackages and additional services to maximizerevenue.
    • Manage cancellations andmodifications to existing reservations according to hotelpolicies.
    • Generate reports onreservations activity and occupancyrates.
    • Collaborate with otherdepartments such as Front Office to ensure a seamless guestexperience.
    • Follow all companypolicies andprocedures.


    Requirements

    • Minimum34 years of experience in hotel reservations or a related customerservice role.
    • Excellentcommunication interpersonal and problemsolvingskills.
    • Strong organizational skillswith the ability to prioritize and manage multiple taskssimultaneously.
    • Ability to workindependently and as part of ateam.
    • Positive and professionaldemeanor with a genuine passion forhospitality.

    Minimum of a Master's degree in Commerce (MCom) or CA Interqualification. Age 30 or above. Proven experience in an accountingor auditing role, preferably within the hospitality industry.Strong knowledge of accounting and auditing principles, taxregulations, and reporting standards. Proficient in MicrosoftOffice Suite and accounting software. Excellent analytical andproblem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and a high levelof accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
