    Description

    Nivaan care ), founded and funded by Boston based Whealth ventures ), is India's 1st chain of Integrated Pain Therapeutics Clinics - tackling India's pain epidemic with first-of-its-kind comprehensive multi-disciplinary care. At Nivaan, Multiple specialists led by a Pain Super Specialist are available under one roof to provide complete holistic care to India's 200M+ chronic pain patients. Nivaan's unique Integrated Care Program provides patients complete pain relief and rehabilitation for long lasting relief from pain. The company plans to establish 150 clinics pan India over the next 3 years. Nivaan Care is managed by a team of seasoned professionals, doctors and support staff with extensive experience managing large healthcare institutions with Pan India presence.

    Requirements

    The Doctor Relationship Officer will primarily be responsible for driving the doctor referral channel for the company. Responsibilities include:


    • Achieving Sales and respective financial objectives


    • Meeting doctors to introduce Nivaan's services and generating patient referrals from the assigned region/sector at a set frequency


    • Arranging onsite/offsite wellness activities to promote our offerings


    • Collecting & sharing market intelligence to improve internal processes and offerings


    • Training the team for the effective clinical presentation of Nivaan's offering


    • Ensuring 100% implementation of marketing strategies in the assigned region through team members

    Critical Requirements


    • Candidates should have 0 to 2 years of experience in referral sales in healthcare for a pharma company, diagnostic chain, corporate hospital or single speciality hospital.


    • Candidate should have close relationships with at least 25 doctors in their area of specialization.


    • Effective in Sales Admin, Team management, MIS reports generation, Analysis of the reports & Intra Departmental communication


    • B2C exposure and experience in dealing with qualified medical practitioners are mandatory.


    • Working knowledge of English is preferred
