Description
We are looking for an intern to join our People Science function.

As an intern, you will be assisting the People Scientist conduct extensive user research in the Employee Engagement space and design survey instruments (that marries Amber's conversational style) to measure different organizational constructs.

You'll also get some exposure to client consulting.

What will you be doing?

  • Design/redesign/update survey instruments for different Amber modules.
  • Be part of organisational research experiments.
  • Draft white papers and People Science collaterals.
  • Data analytics for post survey consultation
  • User research to provide ground feedback to the Product team.

What skills do you need?
-
Knowledge: Understanding of survey design and methodology; human resource management (HRM) and employee engagement
-
Education:Pursuing/ Completed Master's in I/O Psychology, MBA in HR.
