    Embedded Hardware Engineer (5+ Years Experience)

The demand of Electric Vehicles is increasing and with it is increasing the requirement of specially designed EV Stations. This has led us to produce a robust and potent charging unit. We are seeking a highly skilled Embedded Hardware Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of innovative embedded systems.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement firmware and hardware solutions for industrial IoT/IIoT and EV projects.
    2. Conduct detailed analysis and simulation of analog and mixed signal circuits to meet project specifications and performance requirements.
    3. Design and implement power electronics systems including DC-DC converters, inverters, and battery management systems (BMS) for electric vehicle applications.
    4. Develop firmware algorithms for real-time data acquisition, processing, and control of motor drive systems in EV projects.
    5. Conduct feasibility studies and research to evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies relevant to firmware and hardware design.
    6. Work closely with hardware design engineers to ensure seamless integration of firmware and hardware components. Collaborate with software engineers to develop embedded firmware for microcontrollers and DSPs, ensuring efficient utilization of hardware resources.
    7. Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of firmware and hardware systems to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
    8. Provide technical support to manufacturing and production teams during product development and testing phases.
    9. Stay abreast of industry trends, standards, and best practices in firmware and hardware design, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
    2. Proven experience in firmware and hardware development with a focus on analog & mixed signal design, power electronics, industrial IoT/IIoT, RDSO, and motor control for EV projects.
    3. Strong proficiency in simulation tools such as SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, and Altium Designer for schematic capture and PCB layout.
    4. Hands-on experience with microcontrollers, DSPs, and FPGA-based embedded systems for real-time control applications.
    5. Solid understanding of motor control techniques, including field-oriented control (FOC) and sensor less control algorithms.
    6. Knowledge of communication protocols such as CAN, SPI, I2C, and Ethernet for interfacing with external devices and systems.
    7. Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements for industrial and automotive electronics (e.g., ISO 26262, IEC 61508, UL 508).
    8. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    9. Effective communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
