    About the Position:
    We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and launch of our groundbreaking AI-powered sales training product. This product will leverage the latest advancements in Large Language Models (LLMs) and other technologies to create a personalized and immersive learning experience for salespeople.

    What will you Do?

  • Define the product vision, roadmap, and user experience for our AI-powered sales training platform.
  • Work closely with data scientists, engineers, designers, and marketing teams to translate AI capabilities into a user-friendly product.
  • Conduct market research and user interviews to understand the evolving needs of sales training professionals.
  • Develop and prioritize product features based on data-driven insights and customer feedback.
  • Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.
  • Track and analyze product performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both onshore and offshore, to ensure seamless product development and delivery.

    • What will you need to Succeed?

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on B2B software products.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing new products.
  • Strong understanding of the sales training landscape and its challenges.
  • Solid understanding of AI, machine learning, and LLM concepts.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment with both onshore and offshore teams.
  • A data-driven approach to decision making, with experience in user research and product analytics.
  • Passion for innovation and a strong desire to make a real impact.

    • Good To Have:

  • Experience working with LLMs or other AI technologies in a product development context.
  • Experience in the sales training industry.
  • A background in adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
  • Product Management Strategic thinking.
  • Customer Empathy.
  • Problem solving and communication.
  • Prioritization.

  • Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.)
  • Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.)
  • Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech)
  • Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)
  • Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (B.Sc. IT)

    • Good to Have:

  • Master of Science (M.Sc.), Master of Engineering (M.E.)
  • Master of Technology (M.Tech).
