    Job Description:

    Technosport is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Sales Representative, specializing in managing orders received through WhatsApp groups.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for accepting and processing orders, ensuring they are fulfilled from start to end, including dispatch and follow-up.

    Additionally, the Sales Representative will be tasked with following up on payments with customers, as well as adhering to monthly sales plans and targets.

    Responsibilities:

    Accept and process orders received through WhatsApp groups.

    Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders from start to end, including dispatch and follow-up.

    Communicate with customers to confirm orders and provide updates on order status.

    Follow up with customers for payment processing.

    Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales plans and targets.

    Maintain accurate records of orders, payments, and sales activities.

    Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or issues promptly.

    Identify opportunities for sales growth and customer satisfaction.

    Requirements:

    Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar role.

    Strong organizational and time management skills.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    Proficiency in using WhatsApp and other communication tools.

    Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office applications.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Knowledge of sports and fitness products is a plus.
