- Solution Design: Design scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, and optionally Marketing Cloud, ensuring alignment with business goals and requirements.
- Integration Management: Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Technical Expertise: Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce technologies and updates, evaluating their potential impact and applicability to the organization's needs. Provide recommendations for leveraging new features and functionalities to drive business value.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and integrity of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to coding standards.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs, architecture diagrams, and implementation guidelines.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and project managers, to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture, with a focus on Commerce Cloud and Service Cloud. Experience with Marketing Cloud is a plus.
- Proven track record of architecting and implementing Salesforce solutions within retail organizations, with a deep understanding of industryspecific requirements and challenges.
- Strong technical proficiency in Salesforce platform, including but not limited to Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and best practices, particularly in integrating Salesforce with ERP systems, ecommerce platforms, and other thirdparty applications.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to think strategically, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions that drive business value.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect are highly desirable.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to lead and mentor development teams in an Agile environment.
- Salesforce certifications in Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with Salesforce Industries (formerly Vlocity) and other industryspecific solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics and AI capabilities.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for Salesforce development and deployment.
