    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Design Operations Manager. The Design Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the design team, ensuring efficient workflows, managing project timelines, and facilitating communication between various stakeholders. This role will require strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as a deep understanding of design processes and project management.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Design, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in project management within a digital design or web development setting.
    • Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to manage client relationships effectively.
    • Strong foundational knowledge and hands-on experience in design principles and web design technologies.
    • Proficient in using project management software and tools.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team of creative professionals.
