- Act as a bridge between internal stakeholders and external legal, HR, and finance experts.
- Coordinate meetings and discussions to address operational challenge opportunities.
- Ensure a continuous flow of information to Business Management Team at Headquarters.
- Implement policies and procedures in line with Indian labor laws.
- Lead recruitment by posting open job requisitions, screening candidates, facilitating interview process, and closing on offers.
- Lead onboarding and offboarding activities for new hires and consultants, coordinating with all necessary teams to ensure smooth process.
- Handle employee relations issues and ensure a positive work culture.
- Work closely with legal experts to ensure compliance with Indian laws and regulations.
- Facilitate the review and negotiation of contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Communicate legal requirements and updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with finance team to manage financial planning, budgeting, and reporting for the India entity.
- Assist in monitoring financial performance and compliance with accounting standards.
- Facilitate communication between finance and other departments to align financial goals with operational objectives.
- Provide operational support by facilitating communication and coordination between cross-functional teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in collaboration with experts from legal, HR, and finance.

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, a related field. MBA (HR) is preferred.
- Proven experience in a collaborative role with a minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management in India.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and facilitate discussions among diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Familiarity with Indian labor laws, corporate regulations, and financial practices.
- Ability to understand legal, HR, and financial concepts and communicate them effectively to non-experts.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Zoho, SAP, Oracle) is preferred.
- Certification in project management or change management is preferred.
- 5 % travel expected.

JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a collaborative and experienced individual to join our team as a business partner for our India entity. The primary responsibility of this role is to facilitate seamless operations by being a Human Resources expert as well as coordinating with legal and finance experts. This individual will work closely with the Business Management Team at Headquarters.
