    Job Description :
    We are seeking a dynamic Lead BI Administrator with 6 to 9 years of experience to join our team.

    • The Lead BI Administrator will provide technical leadership and guidance in the development and implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) solutions.
    • This role involves overseeing and actively contributing to the design, coding, testing, and deployment of BI applications while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and best practices.
    • The Lead BI Administrator will also mentor and coach junior developers, provide technical direction, and drive innovation within the team.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and problemsolving skills are essential for success in this role.

    Key Responsibilities :

    Technical Leadership :

    • Provide technical leadership and guidance in the development and implementation of BI solutions.
    • Oversee and actively contribute to the design, coding, testing, and deployment of BI applications.

    Mentorship and Coaching :

    • Mentor and coach junior developers, providing technical direction and support.
    • Share knowledge and best practices to help team members grow and develop their skills.

    Project Coordination :

    • Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the successful delivery of BI projects.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives.

    Innovation and Continuous Improvement :

    • Drive innovation within the team, exploring new technologies and approaches to improve BI solutions.
    • Continuously evaluate and enhance processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

    Leadership and Communication :

    • Exhibit strong leadership skills, inspiring and motivating team members to achieve project goals.
    • Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management to provide updates on project status and escalate issues as needed.

    Requirements :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • 6 to 9 years of experience in Business Intelligence administration and development.
    • Proficiency in Power BI administration, including Power BI Services and licensing.
    • Strong technical skills in BI development, including data modeling, report/dashboard design, and ETL processes.
    • Experience with SQL Server, SQL queries, and database administration.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and problemsolving skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
